Ronald is the Director of Account Management for Sync Insurance. He has previous experience on the carrier side of the insurance industry, serving in sales and account management roles with Solstice Benefits and Beam Benefits. Ron’s expertise lies in his ability to service others and provide all with a sense of security knowing that they are in good hands. Ron also has extensive knowledge of benefit administration, compliance, employee experience, and other technology systems. He spends his off time raising his two boys alongside his wife. Ron is also crazy about his hometown team, the New York Yankees.
