Cal Thompson, President and Founder of Sync Insurance, prides himself on developing creative employee benefits solutions and building long lasting relationships with his valued clients.
He believes a personal touch is the most important aspect of doing business in today’s fast-paced, technology-driven world.
A Bachelor of Science graduate in Finance, from the University of Central Florida, Cal founded SYNC in 2013 as "Thompson Insurance & Financial Services".
He has been recognized as a Million Dollar Round Table producer*, currently serves as the President of the Central Florida Chapter of the National Association of Insurance and Financial Advisors and enjoys being involved in many community activities.
Cal loves his dogs, Koji and Kaya, despite all the chaos they bring to his home and, in his free time, he’s an avid golfer and real estate investor, as well as an Orlando Magic and New Orleans Saints’ fanatic.
